Radar Systems Modernisation & Maintenance

Modernisation, overhaul, maintenance and operator training for legacy analogue surveillance radar systems.

We extend the service life of legacy analogue surveillance radar — modernising signal-processing and receiver chains, overhauling antenna and drive assemblies, refurbishing control and antenna cabins, and training the crews who operate and maintain them. Work can be scoped as a complete modernisation or as a targeted, receiver-only upgrade where a full rebuild is not required.

What we offer
  • Complete or partial (receiver-only) modernisation of analogue radar systems
  • General overhaul of antenna systems, including replacement of all RF cables and Yagi antennas
  • Replacement of all gearbox bearings
  • Complete disassembly, cleaning and refurbishment of the gearbox and rotary joint
  • Regular maintenance of analogue and upgraded radar systems
  • Renovation of control and antenna cabins, including replacement of the towing vehicle where required
  • Staff training for the operational use and scheduled maintenance of radar systems
